[ VegOut Instagram Ad ]

A Uni friend whom I worked with some projects, reached out to me for a small delivery advertisement for his sister's small restaurant in Tasmania called Vegout.

He wanted ​3 short looping motion graphic animations and one full video with all 3 animations compiled. So using After Effects I made a short looping animation of a rollerblading carrot, a pear riding an electric bike and a cherry driving a car.

My friend designed the rollerblades, delivery bag, bike and car assets. But I resigned the assets again to keep the style and design of the characters consistent. I also animated the text and did the layout of the animation.

The quality of the video could've been better but it seems something went wrong with the rendering of the audio person. Then again it Instagram seems to compress images and videos.

This was a good experience since my aim is to animate small motion graphic advertisement for TV, Social media and potentially streaming services.
